We’re so pet-friendly that we even have a pet park! That means your pup can make some new friends and get a bit of exercise in at the same time. If you visit, make sure to maintain social distancing right now!
Our Car Wash
It takes work to keep our cars looking good! Summer West makes that easier by having a car wash, complete with vacuums, on our property. How convenient is that?
Our Walk-in Closets
Raise your hand if you have plenty of clothes! We can relate. Finally, have room for shoes, outfits, and more with our huge walk-in closets.
Our Lighted Tennis Courts
One-on-one tennis gives us a sport to play while safely social distancing. Get your racket and some tennis balls—you can serve up a great game on our court!
Our Laundry Options
You don’t have to leave Summer West to get your laundry done! Some of our units come with useful washer/dryer connections. We also have an onsite laundry facility too!
Our Swimming Pool
Pool season has arrived! You can still take a relaxing dip, as long as you follow social distancing!

Summer West offers four fantastic floor plans! You can choose between: one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments, two different two-bedroom, two bathroom options, and three-bedroom, two-bathroom units.
Our Sand Volleyball Courts
Volleyball is a fun, fast-paced sport! If you’re a fan, you can play a game at our sand volleyball courts.
Our Playground
Kids have a lot of energy! Your little one is welcome to have fun at our playground. Don’t forget to stick around to make sure your child is following social distancing at the moment!

Holiday decorations, gardening tools, bikes, and more—we all need a bit of extra room. Enjoy having space for all of your belongings with our outdoor storage.
