The 23rd Annual Crawfish Music Jam is gearing up for this year’s popular Walthall Foundation fundraiser. Each year the Historic Hattiesburg Neighborhood Association hosts the event in support of ongoing projects and community events.
Residents and visitors alike will have their fill of all-you-can-eat crawfish, hamburgers, hot dogs and sausage dogs. Wash it all down with ice cold soft drinks or beer.
Then you can burn energy (and calories!) to the toe-tapping beat of several local and regional bands.

Festival goers can buy tickets online now or in-person at the following locations:
- T-Bones Records & Cafe, 2101 Hardy St., Mon.-Sat., 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
- Signs First, 4400 Hardy St., Mon.-Thurs., 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Fri., 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Tickets are sold in advance only. No tickets will be sold at the gate. Adult tickets for the all-you-can-eat-and-drink event are $50. Junior tickets for those ages 13 to 20 are $40. Children 12 and younger are free.
Location
The 23rd Annual Crawfish Music Jam will be held at historic Walthall Park located at 600 Walnut St. The fun will begin at 11 a.m. and doesn’t end until 5 p.m.
Street parking will be limited the day of the festival due to a handful of road closures during the event. For example, Walnut Street will be closed between Hall Avenue and Rebecca Avenue and Rebecca Avenue will be closed between Walnut Street and Court Street.
